A couple of years ago, social media was defined as the use of various types of online platforms, used to connect with family, friends and long lost college buddies near and far.
But as you read this, thousands of companies-large and small, are flocking to sites such as Facebook, Linkedin and Twitter to market their products and services. How did this phenomenon begin? Well, that would probably be another post. Right now, I think the question is: How can I use social media to take my business to the next level?
